Day 01: Arrival To Quito

Our first day is all about getting the group together and providing the necessary information for wonderful adventure to come. If you arrive reasonably early in Quito, you can spend the they exploring the surrounding area. There´s plenty to see and do in and around Quito, and our representative can help you organize a day trip – just ask us in advance.

Overnight in Quito.

 

Day 02: Cotopaxi National Park Excursion

08:00 Departure from your hotel. Visit to the Cotopaxi National Park, located 70 km south-east of Quito, the visit will begin with a walkaround the lagoon of “Limpiopungo” opportunity to see birds, wild horses and the “chuquiraguas” as the flower of the Andes is known, we will be surrounded by a lot of nature. Time for lunch and you will stop at a Rosas de Exportation farm. Return to your hotel.

 

Day 03: Quito + Middle Of The World with Attractions (6 Hours)

08:30 Departure to the Historic Center “World Heritage”, we will visit the Basilica (includes entrance to know its towers and giant stained glass windows), Plaza Grande, Government Palace, The Society of Jesus (includes entrance and guided tour) Plaza and Church of San Francisco, Mirador de la Virgen Alada del Panecillo followed transfer to the city Middle of the World time for lunch and visit of the Monument to the Ecuador Line (included) and the Museum of “Intiñan” (included) finally stop at the Cable Car for those who wish to visit it (on their own) but return to each hotel. Overnight in Quito.

 

Day 04:  Quito – Galapagos Baltra – Santa Cruz Island High Part Or Darwin Station

We will board a morning flight from Quito to Baltra Island.

Reception at Baltra Airport and transfer by Bus “Lobito” to the Itabaca Channel, crossing by “ferry” to Santa Cruz Island and from here, depending on the arrival time of your flight and avoiding a long waiting time, we will move to Puerto Ayora. In the afternoon we will make 1 of 2 possible visits:

1.- The HIGH PART transfer from the hotel to one of the Farms with Giant Turtles in Natural state, time to share their environment, also there we will see Lava Tunnels return.

2.- The CHARLES DARWIN Scientific Station where we will appreciate the conservation processes of FLORA and FAUNA of the Archipelago, then rest of the afternoon free to walk along the Malecon looking at its Shops, Jewelers, Bars and its ecological pier that at night is illuminated. Accommodation.

 

Day 05: Santa Cruz Island – Tortuga Bay Beach

07:30 Walk from your hotel to the entrance to the ecological trail that will take us to Playa Tortuga, surrounded by a lot of vegetation typical of the island, in approximately 40 min. we will reach this beautiful beach, with white sand and mangroves on its sides. Time to enjoy in “Playa Mansa” there you can do Snorkell. We will see fish, Marine Iguanas, Wolves then return to the hotel. Bring towels and equipment from your hotel.

*Supplementto return by boat from Tortuga Bay to Puerto Ayora 15.00 USD per person. (Not included).

13:45 Walk to the pier to make a short navigation of approximately 15 to 20 minutes we will start our tour of the bay in the open sea. We will visit the Shark Channel, where wecan observe the ravine blue sharks that are totally harmless, then we will visit the Canal del Amor with crystal clear waters, Playa de los Perros, Minas de Sal to later reach Las Grietas, an arm of the sea located between two cliffs and finally we will enjoy the beach of Punta Estrada where we could stay until sunset.

 

Day 06: Free day

Optional activity to visit Seymour Island or Isla Plazas 310.00 USD per person. (Not included).

 

Day 07: Santa Cruz Island – Flight from Baltra to Quito or Guayaquil

Transfer from Puerto Ayora to Baltra to board the flight to Guayaquil or Quito and connections.

*If flight does not coincide with international connection, add an additional night. We suggestoffering airport hotels that include transfers; in Quito Hotel  Holiday Inn Airport or Wyndham  and in Guayaquil Holiday Inn or Wyndham Garden.

1.- Detailed information of the experience is attached, as well as refund policies and / or conditions of the services, please read carefully all the terms and conditions. In case you have additional questionsplease contact us we will gladly assist you. DMC Peru Agency is not responsible and will not make any refund and / or refund for any misunderstanding that arose days before the experience and / or during the experience.

2.- Rates:

  • Rates valid until March 2024 – Rates are expressed in US dollars (US$).

3.- The programs are quoted in the standard room category of the hotels, for higher categories, contact us.

4.- It is the responsibility of each passenger to have the documentsrequired for their trip, valid (with more than six months of validity after the end of their visit to our countries) and in good condition. As a general rule, these include, for each passenger, passport, identity card, for countries that exceptionally allow entry with this document in place of passport, visas in cases where required, for countries in transit and countries of destination, and certificates of certain vaccines, for countries that require it, the passenger’s video document,  It must be the same one with which you confirmed your reservation.

5.- The  check-in and  check-out times  are set by each hotel. In general the rooms are available for entry from 15:00 hours and the departure must be before 12:00 PM. Later departures may mean additional charges, it is important to follow the recommendations of the assistant who accompanies them at the time of check in at the hotel  and / or ask at the hotel the respective schedules in case it is not published at reception.

6.- The requirements of double rooms (double or two beds), triples, extra beds and / or cots are subject to confirmation of each hotel.

9.- It is strictly forbidden to perform behaviors that interfere with the safety and comfort of the other participants of the group, such as drug use and alcohol. The use of service of accompanying women or men (prostitution) is not tolerable within a trip, the use of minors for this type of services is penalized by the authorities. DMC PERU AGENCY protects the integrity of minors and adolescents.

Itineraries. – The itineraries have been planned with great care, although for operational reasons, climatic factors, political or any other eventuality it may be necessary to change the sequence of activities on the itinerary or the specified route; such cases are exceptional and the passenger will be informed.

In order to improve the experience of tourists, the order of excursions can be varied.

Services not included. – The passenger is responsible for all administrative procedures such as: Obtaining and updating passports, visas, travel insurance, payment of excess luggage, drinks, laundry service, communication (calls, faxes, emails, etc.), national and international airport departure taxes, gratuities or other services and fees not specified in the itinerary.

Unused Services. – Some services may be interrupted or canceled due to weather conditions, force majeure such as acts of nature, social upheaval, strikes, etc., or others beyond the control of hotels, airlines, other suppliers or DMC PERU AGENCY. No refund will be made as a result of such interruptions or cancellations that escape our control. DMC PERU AGENCY will assist the passenger at all times and modify the itinerary for the benefit of the passenger, as well as provide permanent assistance.

Exoneration of the IGV to the Sales in Accommodation for Non-Residents. – Foreign visitors (Non-residents in Peru are exempt from these taxes), in accommodation and food inside hotels. Our quotes already include this exemption. The only valid documents for the exemption are the PASSPORT + THE ANDEAN MIG RATION CARD, which must have the stamp of entry to Peru with a minimum of 60 days prior to the date of entry and during your stay at the hotel.

Insurance. – We recommend passengers get one for trip cancellation, repatriation and international medical insuranceto cover any inconvenience that may arise during the trip. We also suggest consulting with your doctor and updating vaccination monitoring and reviewing any medical concerns regarding international travel.

Air tickets. – 100% payment must be made for the issuance of tickets. Fares are subject to availability and only the final price is guaranteed with the purchase of the ticket; Refunds, allow/disallowed changes, penalties that apply and do not apply is in accordance with airline policy. Tickets are non-refundable or non-endorsable in case of cancellation.

Baggage Responsibilities. – DMC PERU AGENCY recommends that all passengers arrive in Peru with their own travel insurance, and that they have coverage for lost luggage. DMC PERU AGENCY cannot be held responsible for: – Lost or delayed  baggage during domestic or international flights, as well as carry-on items, or personal items. – Objects forgotten by passengers in hotels, vehicles, or places visited during the trip. – We recommend our passengers not to include any valuable items in their own or checked baggage during transfers and their flights.

Reservation Policies. – Any reservation must include the following information of the passenger (s) or group: a. Full names and surnames b. Nationalities c. Number of the pasaporte or identity card d. Date of birth. e. Gender. f. Dietary restrictions (allergies, intolerance to certain products, vegans, vegetarians, etc.) if any. The consequences generated by the omission in the information about thephysical, medical, among others; are the sole responsibility of the passenger. Reservation code of the airline in case the passenger makes the reservation on his own account or external body to DMC PERU AGENCY. In the case of foreign students, they must be duly accredited with the respective student card in which the validity of the same clearly appears. No other type of document is accepted to request the respective discount for income to tourist attractions. g. The passport /ID number is MANDATORY to issue entrance tickets to tourist attractions, bus, train and / or air tickets. h. Passengers must have a valid passport to enter our countries. Your passport must be valid for 6 months from the date of entry into Peru.

Definition of Group Size. – SINGLE or FITS: Up to 8 passengers. In case of more passengers send quote as a group.

Payment Policies. – DMC PERU AGENCY requires payment Total: 35 days before the arrival of  individual passengers / FITs. 60 days before arrival in case of Groups. Payment term in case of groups may vary depending on the policy of some hotels and / or suppliers. Consult. The Payment constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditionsset forth in this document; as well as those indicated in the quote or confirmation of the reservation.

In addition, we request a copy of the payment confirmation published by the bank via mail, with the following information attached: – Name of passengers  – Name of the Tour – Date of travel The requested information is key to be able to correctly track payments and operations.

Cancellations and Refunds. – Requests for cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in accordance with and including all related information, and on our part you will receive an immediate response after consultation with the service providers, indicating the respective charges for cancellation or cancellation of services. Liability Clause.- DMC PERU AGENCY will not be responsiblefor any injury, death, loss, delay, inconvenience, damage to objects of personal use in connection with the provision of any good or services due to cases of force majeure: illness, government restrictions, acts of civil war, insurrection or rebellion, strikes or other activities, criminal or terrorist of any kind,  food poisoning, mechanical failure of the aircraft or other means of transportation, or delayed departure or arrival on time. DMC PERU AGENCY is not responsible for the error or omission of any provider (such as accommodation or the Transport Company) if the client makes a reservation on his own with another service provider other than DMC PERU AGENCY. The necessary support will be provided according to our competences. DMC PERU AGENCY reserves the right to take photographs or record filming any of your trips, and use such photographs or film records for promotional and/or commercial purposes.
