We begin the tour with a visit to the emblematic Uyuni Clock, we continue our journey to the train cemetery that houses wagons and steam locomotives that remain abandoned, then we will go to the community of Colchani located 20 km from the city of Uyuni, here we will visit the artisan salt factory, finally we will enter the majestic salt flat of Uyuni. With an approximate extension of 10,582 km2 we will appreciate the first salt hotel “Playa Blanca”, the monument to the Dakar and we will enjoy a fun photo session. We will continue our tour to the Incahuasi Island to be surprised by the giant cactus (Echinopsis atacamensis) typical of the region. Before starting the transfer to the hotels we will enjoy a toast with liquors and Andean snacks, enjoying the wonderful sunset.
After breakfast in the morning we will start our second day of excursion, we will leave towards the Salar de Chiguana making a stop at the viewpoint of the Ollague Volcano, we will continue visiting the Cañapa Lagoon with an area of 1.42km is a saltwater lagoon we can see a small number of Andean Flamingos. The next stop will be at Laguna Hedionda, which due to the concentration of sulfur emanates a peculiar smell, however, is home to birds such as the James Flamingo. Continuing our tour we will visit Laguna Chacorta and Laguna Honda, shallow saltwater lagoons. We will also enter the Eduardo Avora reserve to make a stop at the Siloli desert of red sand, the most famous formation is the stone tree that has a height of 5 meters, finally we will arrive at Laguna Colorada where we will appreciate Flamingos and enjoy the scenery. Return to the hotels.
**Passengers continuing to San Pedro de Atacama will be transferred to the border at Hito Cajón before midday in order to arrive in time to catch the bus to San Pedro de Atacama.
**Passengers returning to Uyuni town will visit the Valley of Rocks and the villages of Kulpina and San Cristobal. We will enjoy a box lunch on route. Transfer to hotel, airport, or bus station on arrival in Uyuni.
