The experience was challenging as we are not regular hikers but we were lucky to have Jesús as guide, who helped us to find motivation and arrive to the end, also taking beautiful pictures of us being a professional photographer. Jesús is also a passionate story teller whom made our visit to Machu Picchu unforgettable by explaining us all the history of Machu Picchu.

Después del desayuno, tendrán una excursión de medio día que les dará una visión general de las atracciones más importantes de la ciudad de Lima. Camino al Centro Histórico, tendrán la vista panorámica al complejo arqueológico Huaca Pucllana (no se ingresa), luego visitarán el museo Bodega & Quadra, donde podrán observar el muro de Lima construido en el siglo XVII y una exhibición de objetos mostrando la sociedad y su desarrollo durante el virreinato. Además, visitarán el convento de Santo Domingo, que demuestra la importancia del catolicismo durante el virreinato y tendrán la posibilidad de subir a la torre del campanario para tener una vista privilegiada del centro histórico. Al terminar la excursión, traslado de regreso al hotel.
Por la tarde visitarán las fuentes de agua de Lima, ubicadas en el Parque de la Reserva, es un maravilloso conjunto de 13 fuentes ornamentales, interactivas en donde el agua, la música, la luz, y las imágenes, se mezclan para presentarnos un espectáculo maravilloso, lleno de magia, ilusión y fantasía. Al terminar, traslado a su hotel.
Iniciamos la aventura gastronómica en un típico mercado peruano, donde podrá apreciar una gran variedad de productos exóticos. Luego visitaremos un exclusivo restaurante, donde aprenderá a preparar un pisco sour, coctel típico peruano a cargo de un experto barman y también aprenderá a preparar el delicioso ceviche peruano.
Finalmente disfrutará de un exquisito almuerzo con los platos mas representativos de la gastronomía peruana. Al finalizar el tour, traslado de retorno al hotel.
