Reception at the airport and transfer to the hotel.
We start the gastronomic adventure in a typical Peruvian market, where you can appreciate a wide variety of exotic products. Then we will visit an exclusive restaurant, where you will learn how to prepare a pisco sour, typical Peruvian cocktail by an expert bartender and you will also learn how to prepare the delicious Peruvian ceviche.
Finally, you will enjoy an exquisite lunch with the most representative dishes of Peruvian cuisine. At the end of the tour, transfer back to the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. At an opportune time, transfer to the airport and flight to Cusco. Arrival in Cusco, reception at the airport and transfer to your hotel.
In the afternoon, you will start the city tour that includes the visit to the Cathedral and the Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun), current Convent of Santo Domingo. Then the tour will move to the outskirts of the city to visit 04 archaeological sites: the ceremonial fortress of Sacsayhuaman, the religious center dedicated to the worship of the Land of Q’enqo, Puka Pukara that was used as a center of military use and control and Tambomachay that was used as a center of worship and worship of water. After breakfast, we will transfer to the train station to head to Aguas Calientes (the town of Machu Picchu). Upon arrival, we will take the bus that will take us to the citadel of Machu Picchu. You will have the morning free to explore the city on your own.
PM: 45-minute interactive workshop at Choco Museum with chocolate and craft beer pairing. They will be able to mold and make their own chocolate (80 gr) with dark or milk chocolate. We will prepare our own chocolate with the best toppings.
Breakfast at the hotel. At the appropriate time transfer to the airport and farewell.
