Detailed Itinerary
Day 01: La Paz/Puno - Copacabana - Sun Island
In the morning, we travel from Puno to Copacabana.
We will cross the border between Peru and Bolivia.
Visit the Basilica of the Virgin of Copacabana, a major religious center.
Next, we sail by catamaran to the legendary Sun Island.
We will see the Garden, the Stairs, and the Inca Fountain.
We also explore the exclusive Inti Wata Cultural Complex.
This site includes an underground museum and reed boat exhibits.
We will enjoy lunch on board the catamaran.
Finally, we rest in our cabins and have dinner on board.
Night on the Cruise.
Day 02: Tiwanaku - Puno / La Paz
At sunrise, we sail toward the southern region of Lake Titicaca.
Enjoy breakfast while taking in the scenery.
We visit Pariti Island for a community tourism experience.
Share daily activities with the local islanders.
Then, we return to the catamaran for lunch before arriving at Chua.
In the afternoon, we visit Tiwanaku, the oldest civilization in America.
Explore the Kalasasaya Temple and the famous Sun Gate.
We also see the Akapana Pyramid and the archaeological museum.
The day ends with a transfer to La Paz or Puno.
