No Show: Failure to appear on the start date will result in a 100% charge for the contracted services.

Airport: It is recommended to arrive 4 hours before the flight. Security fees and taxes may vary until tickets are issued.
Check-in: Must be completed by the passenger on the airline’s website.
Seating: Seat assignments for group departures are randomized (generally rows 53 to 41). Specific or front-row seats incur an additional cost.
Special Services: Wheelchairs or child seats must be requested at the time of purchase (subject to administrative fees and confirmation).
Air Luggage: 01 checked bag (23kg) and 01 carry-on bag (max 10kg) allowed per person.
Logistics Conflicts: If a passenger purchases flights independently and arrives at a different time than the group, a 100% “no show” fee applies to the transfer. Night flights may incur a rate surcharge.
Bus Luggage: Only one (1) 23kg bag allowed in the bus hold and one small backpack/bag in the cabin. Extra luggage must be shipped to the destination at the passenger’s expense. “Carry-on/Trolley” bags count as checked luggage on the bus.
Autonomy: Passengers requiring special assistance must travel with a companion or hire their own assistance.
Reduced Mobility: Many sites are visited on foot over uneven terrain. Passengers are responsible for their own wheelchair (must be 100% foldable and battery-free). Bus transport is subject to available hold space.
Hotels: May vary based on group availability, always respecting the same category and comfort standard.
Times: Check-in at 2:00 PM; Check-out at 11:00 AM.
Triple Accommodation: Generally consists of 1 double bed + a folding extra bed or sofa bed. Room size is the same as a double. Not recommended except for children.
