How to book with Peru Agency:
Get in touch and let us know what kind of trip you are interested in, how much time you have, how many people, children and adults, approximate dates, and anything else you think important.

With all this information we will draft the most fitting itinerary (or various options) and send it to you. We can then discuss any suggestions or answer any questions you have.

Make sure that the final itinerary includes everything you want it to and before you make the payment we will send you confirmation of all services (hotels, tours, entrance fees, train tickets, flights, etc).

Once your itinerary has been decided, you will need to pay using one of the options below and send us a scanned copy of the receipt. We will then send you a voucher for the services with full information detailed: names and surnames of participants, dates of travel, bus, train and flight timings, a full itinerary of the trip with timings of the tours and also our information; address, 24-hour phone numbers, and email.

If required we can send you a virtual receipt for the payment, otherwise, we will give it to you on arrival

Arriving at my destination:
If you have booked an airport pick up to start your itinerary with us, your first contact with our representatives will be with the driver who collects you. He will be responsible for giving you complete information about your stay and will give you your tickets. Feel free to ask him/her any questions you may have. If you have hired services that do not include an airport pick up we will make contact with you at your hotel before your itinerary with us, or if you are not in the city, by phone or email, so that we can give you details about your pick up time and you can be ready for when we arrive.

Changes and Cancellations:
In both cases penalties will apply, some vary by a percentage depending on how much notice is given, in other cases the booking policy of the services do not allow changes nor cancellations and the full 100% of the cost must be charged.

If you are not sure of the dates of your trip, it’s better to check these penalties in advance.

It is important to keep in mind that if you are late for the start of your excursion (sharing service) there is a possibility that you could miss the tour and not be reimbursed any of the money you have paid for it. Remember to always wait in the hotel lobby at the time indicated. However, we will always suggest catching up with the group if it is at all possible, in which case there may be an extra charge, depending on the distance you need to travel.

Check-in at the Hotel:
On some occasions, you will need to arrive at the hotel before the official check-in time or leave later than the check out time. If this is the case, you should check with us in advance so that we can consult with the hotel to check their availability and any additional charge.
