Detailed Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Cusco – Cusco City Tour
Upon your arrival, our team will meet you at the airport for a private transfer to your hotel.
In the afternoon, begin your journey in the city center.
Visit the grand Cathedral and the Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun), an ancient Inca palace now home to the Convent of Santo Domingo.
Next, we head just outside the city to explore four remarkable archaeological sites:
Sacsayhuaman: A massive ceremonial fortress built with giant stones.
Q’enqo: A sacred religious center carved into natural rock.
Puka Pukara: An ancient military outpost used to guard the city.
Tambomachay: A peaceful sanctuary once dedicated to the worship of water.

Day 02: Local and Traditional Culture+ Pachamanca in Chinchero (B, L)
Arrive to the lively sounds of traditional Andean music.
Relax in the reception area with a refreshing, complimentary cup of Muña (Andean mint) tea.
Discover the native crops of the highlands and see the ancestral tools that local farmers still use to work the land today.
Take part in a sacred Inca tradition, help the community season the ingredients and bury them in an underground “earth oven” using red-hot stones.
While your lunch slow-cooks underground, enjoy a fascinating demonstration of traditional weaving, learn how the local women use natural plants and minerals to dye their wool.
It’s time to open the oven! savor the fresh, smoky flavors of the Pachamanca, followed by a tasting of the region’s famous baked guinea pig (Cuy).
Browse a beautiful collection of handmade textiles created by the women of the community.
Enjoy a final musical send-off before returning to the city.

Day 03: Excursion to Machu Picchu "The Lost City of the Incas" (B, L)
After breakfast, we head to the station for a scenic train ride to Aguas Calientes, the entry point to Machu Picchu.
Upon arrival, a short bus ride takes us up the winding mountain road to the entrance of the legendary citadel.
Discover the genius of Inca architecture during a 2.5 to 3-hour guided tour.
Explore the temples, terraces, and sacred spaces of this World Heritage site.
Along with, enjoy breathtaking landscapes and a unique variety of local plants and wildlife found nowhere else on earth.
We return to Aguas Calientes for a delicious lunch.
Please arrive at the station 30 minutes before your train departure.
Upon arrival in Cusco, our team will meet you for a private transfer back to your hotel.

Day 04: Departure from Cusco (B)
After a final breakfast at your hotel, we will pick you up and drive you to the airport in time for your flight.
