Detailed Itinerary

Day 01: Welcome to Lima, Gastronomic Heart of the Continent!

Arrival in the city of Lima. Reception at the airport and transfer to your hotel.

You will have the afternoon free for a first stroll through Miraflores, feeling the Pacific breeze and preparing your palate.

Day 02: Chef for a Day: Ceviche Class, Pisco Sour and tasting (B)

Breakfast at the hotel.

We begin the tour with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean, crossing the Miraflores boardwalk towards the bohemian district of Barranco. There, we will enjoy a brief tasting and a walking tour through its picturesque streets and squares.

The experience continues at La Mar, the heart of Lima’s gastronomy, where the Peruvian “gastronomic boom” and the legacy of its main promoters, such as chef Gastón Acurio, will be explained. We will then visit a traditional market to taste Peruvian fruits and products.

Afterwards, we will transfer to a prestigious restaurant where a chef and a bartender will offer a live demonstration class, followed by a tasting of ceviche, causa, and pisco sour.

At the end, there will be free time for lunch (not included), with the option to return to the hotel or stay at Larcomar.

Day 03: Arrival in Cusco – City tour and 04 nearby archaeological sites (B)

Breakfast at the hotel.

At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport to take the flight to our next destination in Cusco.

Arrival in Cusco, reception and transfer to your hotel, with free time to rest.

In the afternoon, we will begin our tour at the Basilica Cathedral, a sanctuary that preserves the mastery of the Cusco School. We will then continue to Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun), where the perfection of Inca walls merges with the colonial elegance of the Convent of Santo Domingo.

The adventure continues outside the city to explore four architectural gems: the imposing fortress of Sacsayhuamán, the mysterious labyrinth of Q’enqo, the strategic lookout of Puka Pukara, and the sacred fountains of Tambomachay. Finally, we will return to the hotel for a well-deserved rest after a day of deep historical connection.

Day 04: Exploring the Lost City of Machu Picchu (B, L)

Breakfast at the hotel.

Early in the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the train station. From there, we will board the train to Aguas Calientes, enjoying a scenic journey through the Sacred Valley. Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, you will receive assistance to board the buses that will take you to the entrance of the impressive Inca citadel of Machu Picchu.

The visit to the citadel will be accompanied by a private guide, who will help you discover one of the greatest wonders of Inca architecture, surrounded by stunning landscapes and a rich biodiversity of endemic flora and fauna. After exploring the site and enjoying free time for photos, we will return by bus to the town of Aguas Calientes, where you can enjoy a delicious lunch.

Finally, we will board the return train to Cusco. Arrival, reception, and transfer to your hotel.

Day 05: Cusco Flavors and Charm – Chocolate Workshop (B)

Breakfast at the hotel.

Free morning to explore Cusco’s cobblestone streets at your own pace, visit museums, or go shopping in the San Blas neighborhood.

In the afternoon, relax while enjoying a unique experience at the “Bean to Bar” chocolate workshop at ChocoMuseo. Learn the entire cocoa process, from the bean to the final chocolate bar, and mold your own artisanal chocolate bar—a perfect experience to combine flavors and discover new sensations.

Day 06: Farewell and return (B)

At the scheduled time, private transfer to Cusco Airport.

1. Reservations and prices

  • Rates in US dollars (USD), valid until December 2026.
  • Prices per person based on a minimum of 2 travelers.
  • Rates for children apply up to 8 years old accompanied by two adults.
  • Prices do not apply on special dates such as Inti Raymi (June 22 to 27), Holy Week (March 29 to April 5), and New Year’s Eve (December 30 to January 2).

2. Hotels and rooms

Rates calculated for standard rooms. For higher categories, please request a quote.

Check-in: from 3 p.m. / Check-out: until 12 p.m.

Triple rooms may include two double beds to share.

3. Documentation

Each passenger is responsible for carrying a valid passport (minimum 6 months) and, when applicable, visas and required vaccinations.

4. Itineraries
