At the scheduled time, we will pick you up from your hotel in Lima (Miraflores, San Isidro, or Barranco) and transfer you to the Cruz del Sur bus terminal, where we will board our bus to Paracas.
Arrival in Paracas. Our representative will meet you at the bus station and take you to the pier. We will begin the excursion to the Ballestas Islands. You will visit a group of islands where you can observe a wide variety of birds, including pelicans and dozens of sea lions. At approximately 11:00 a.m., we will visit the Paracas Reserve, located on the Paracas Bay peninsula. In addition to wildlife, the reserve also has archaeological remains belonging to the Paracas culture.
Breakfast at the hotel
After breakfast, we will take you from your hotel to the bus station to catch the bus to Ica. Once we arrive in Ica, we will begin the guided tour of the city. Then we will head to Huacachina, which is built around a small natural lake in the desert called the “Oasis of America” and serves as a resource for the families who live in the area. If you want a little more adventure and adrenaline, we invite you to hop on a buggy and go sandboarding in the Huacachina desert. Finally, we will head to the bus station, where we will board our bus to Nazca. Arrival, welcome, and transfer to your hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel
After breakfast, we will take you to the airfield for the flight over the Nasca Lines. The Nasca Lines are a series of ancient geoglyphs located in the Nasca desert. Some of them are simple lines and geometric shapes, while more than 70 are figures of animals, birds, fish, and humans. The approximate flight time is 30 minutes. At the end of the flight, we will take you to the bus station to catch the bus back to Lima. Arrival, welcome, and transfer to the tourist area or your hotel (Miraflores, San Isidro, or Barranco).
