Terms and Conditions

• Tickets and reservations: Admission to Machu Picchu and train/bus tickets are personal, non-transferable, and subject to availability. Once issued, no name changes or refunds are permitted.
• Itinerary: Train, bus, and tour schedules may vary due to operational factors, weather conditions, or government regulations.
• Documents: A valid passport or ID is required for admission to Machu Picchu and for train tickets.
• Cancellations: There are no refunds for services not used voluntarily. Last-minute cancellations are subject to the policies of the providers (trains, buses, entrance tickets).
• Weather and force majeure: Peru Agency is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or modifications due to force majeure (weather, strikes, natural disasters, government regulations).
• Guide and visits: The guided tour of Machu Picchu lasts approximately 3 hours. Afterwards, free time is the responsibility of the passenger.
• Meals: Lunch in Aguas Calientes is not included unless expressly indicated in the program.
• Passenger responsibility: It is recommended that you arrive early at each meeting point (hotel, train station, bus station).
• Failure to show up will result in loss of service without refund.
• Recommendations: Wear comfortable shoes, sunscreen, a cap/hat, insect repellent, and bring water.
