Transfer for your scenic flight to Cusco. Upon arrival, you will be taken directly to your hotel for acclimatization. In the afternoon, we visit the “Imperial City.” Our tour includes the grand Cathedral and the holy Temple of the Sun (Qoricancha). Then, explore the nearby mythical ruins, including the astonishing fortress of Sacsayhuaman.
Night in Cusco.
The big day! Transfer to the train station to board the train to Aguas Calientes. We ascend to the majestic citadel of Machu Picchu. You will enjoy an intimate guided tour to unveil its secrets, its temples, and its unique energy. (Free time for unforgettable photos). Lunch included. Return to Cusco in the late afternoon.
