In the afternoon:
We will embark on a guided tour of Cusco and four nearby archaeological complexes.
The journey begins with a visit to the Cusco Cathedral, which houses magnificent handicrafts and an extensive collection of canvases from the “Escuela Cusqueña”—masterpieces created by Inca descendants who blended ancestral vision with techniques learned from Spanish masters.
Next, we will visit the Temple of the Sun (Qoricancha), the most important sanctuary dedicated to the Sun God in Inca times. Today, it showcases a stunning fusion of world-class Inca stonework and the colonial Convent of Santo Domingo.
We will then head just outside the city to explore four remarkable sites:
Sacsayhuaman: An imposing megalithic fortress featuring massive stones, some up to 9 meters high and weighing 120 tons, fitted together with incredible precision.
Qenqo: Located just 1 km away, this ancient Inca ceremonial center is carved directly into a limestone rock formation.
Puka Pukara: Believed to have served as a military and administrative control point.
Tambomachay: One of the finest examples of Inca hydraulic engineering, showcasing beautifully crafted fountains and water channels.
At the end of the excursion, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Early in the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel as we head north of Cusco toward the Sacred Valley to begin our adventure.
The experience starts with a short hike, ascending approximately 400 meters to reach the zipline departure point.
From there, you will glide across several cables ranging from 150 to 700 meters in length, with the longest offering an especially thrilling ride over the valley.
Upon completing the circuit, you will be transferred to your hotel in the Sacred Valley.

Early in the morning, you will be picked up and transferred to the train station to board the train toward Aguas Calientes, the charming town located at the base of the mountain.
Upon arrival, your local guide will greet you and lead a short walk to the bus station for the 30-minute ascent to the Machu Picchu citadel.
You will then embark on a comprehensive 2.5-hour guided tour, exploring the agricultural sector, the Sacred Plaza, the Main Temple, the Temple of the Three Windows, and the many hidden wonders of this enigmatic city.
Following the tour, you will take the shuttle bus back down to Aguas Calientes for lunch at a local restaurant.
Please ensure you are at the train station 30 minutes before your scheduled departure for the return journey to Cusco.
Upon arrival in Cusco, our team will meet you at the station for your transfer back to the hotel.
