Detailed Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Cusco & City tour + 4 archaeological sites.

Arrival in Cusco, reception at the airport, and transfer to your hotel.

In the afternoon, enjoy a guided city and archaeological tour through the main landmarks of the Inca capital.

Visit the Cathedral of Cusco, Santo Domingo Convent, and the Temple of the Sun – Qoricancha.

This site was once the most sacred place in the whole empire.

Continue to the surrounding Inca ruins:

  • Sacsayhuaman, an astonishing fortress built with massive stone blocks.
  • Qenqo, a ceremonial site carved into the rock to honor the Sun, Moon, and stars.
  • Puka Pukara, a military outpost and resting place for travelers.
  • Tambomachay, known as the “Temple of Water,” dedicated to purification and fertility rituals.

Return to Cusco in the evening.

Day 2: Excursion to Machu Picchu - Wonder of the World (B, L)

Early in the morning, at the scheduled time, transfer to the train station to board the train to Aguas Calientes, the gateway to the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu. During the approximately 3-hour journey, you will enjoy spectacular Andean scenery as the train travels through the Urubamba Valley, passing towering mountains and following the course of the Urubamba River.

Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, your local guide will welcome you and accompany you to the shuttle bus for the ascent to Machu Picchu. Once at the citadel, enjoy a guided tour of approximately 2.5 hours, exploring its main agricultural and urban sectors, where you will gain insight into the historical, architectural, and cultural significance of this extraordinary Inca sanctuary.

After the visit, descend by shuttle bus to Aguas Calientes and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, please arrive at the train station at least 30 minutes before departure for your return journey to Cusco. Upon arrival, you will be met at the station and transferred to your hotel.

Day 3: Departure from Cusco & Return Home (B)

Breakfast at the hotel.

At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport for your flight back to Lima and your international connection.

1. Reservations and prices

  • Rates in US dollars (USD), valid until December 2026.
  • Prices per person based on a minimum of 2 travelers.
  • Rates for children apply up to 8 years old accompanied by two adults.
  • Prices do not apply on special dates such as Inti Raymi (June 22 to 27), Holy Week (March 29 to April 5), and New Year’s Eve (December 30 to January 2).

2. Hotels and rooms

  • Rates calculated for standard rooms. For higher categories, please request a quote.
  • Check-in: from 3 p.m. / Check-out: until 12 p.m.
  • Triple rooms may include two double beds to share.

3. Documentation

– Each passenger is responsible for carrying a valid passport (minimum 6 months) and, when applicable, visas and required vaccinations.

4. Itineraries
